As a United States Army veteran, Stephen has spent much of his adult life serving his country and leading combat and non-combat deployments worldwide. After leaving the Army, he joined the civilian workforce with leadership roles for several divisions of one organization and it wasn't easy.
Inspired by the great leaders he had known and how they molded him into the celebrated leader he had become, he started Renowned Leadership. His purpose is to help people become authentic leaders with character and integrity.
