Charly Leetham has over 40 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry - from electronic engineering to project management to running her own digital services business for nearly two decades. She still works directly in systems, troubleshoots issues, and leads her team with the same approach she's always had: listen, solve the problem, show up.

Charly Leetham

Founder & CEO | 40+ Years in IT | Translating Tech into Plain Language for Small Business

Charly earned her amateur radio licence at 13 - the youngest at the time and one of very few girls. She raced dirt bikes competitively as a teenager, obtained an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering by 21 and a MBA in her early 30's.

She's been in technology before it was even called IT - and has continued to build things that work.

That's why her clients trust her with their businesses - and why most of them have stayed for over 12 years.
