Business Tools: Automating WorkFlows

November 9, 2013 by Charly Leetham Leave a Comment

There are so many business tools available to help make managing and running your business easier (I shared some of these business tools here).  One of the challenges that I deal with in using different systems is automating workflows to get appropriate data and information between these systems in an effective and efficient manner.  Here’s an example:

  • I invoice customers and record payments through Freshbooks
  • I use SAASU for my accounting and bookkeeping

At the end of the month, I have to reconcile my bank accounts and I have to export my invoicing and payments from Freshbooks to SAASU.  According to these Pro Business Plans only doing this on a monthly basis also makes it difficult to get a clear picture of the “business numbers” during the month.

OneSAAS - Automate your workflowsThe question is how do to achieve this when you may use multiple systems!  One possible solution is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud integration platform known as OneSaaS that allows Business Owners to solve the challenges of integrating disparate cloud-based and on-site software.  OneSaas provides a central hub that connects accounting, billing & invoicing, email marketing, e-commerce, point-of-sale, event management, drop shipping/3PL services and CRM systems, automating workflows seamlessly.

A sample of the disparate systems that OneSaaS currently supports includes:

The OneSaaS system is easy to use and can sync data hourly or daily.

I’ve used OneSaaS for about 2 years and it’s made our end of month processing so easy.

One of the services that we offer is to assist you setup OneSaaS to connect your systems and make your life easier.  Request more information on our OneSaaS setup service…
