Today I have the great pleasure of being the host on Day 14 of the Virtual Blog Tour of author Gaetano Vivo whose book Messages from the Angels of Transparency: Powerful Words from Gentle Souls launches on Amazon on Tuesday March 20, 2012.
Italian born, Gaetano Vivo is one of Europe’s most experienced and sought-after Reiki Masters, practicing in the UK, the US and Italy. Today, I’d like to share with you a recent interview I had with Gaetano when I got to ask him some questions on cutting cords, inner child and transparency all with the focus relating to business. I hope you enjoy it.

Charly Leetham: Can you discuss the importance of “Healing your inner child” and it’s impact on improving success in business?
Gaetano Vivo: Healing the inner child is very important as it helps us become One with ourselves and the source. When we are One we are in communication with the little angel inside of us and that allows us to live well.
It’s important that we don’t procrastinate about life or about business and it’s very important to listen to your soul – your soul is your inner child. So to improve your success in your business it’s very important to become unified with your inner child because what is happening in life at the moment is not about a way of being separate but is about Oneness. So the more you heal your inner child the more your business will succeed.
Charly Leetham: Every business person will experience a level of adversity in their business – how can a business person “Cut the cords of past issues”? And why is this so important?
Gaetano Vivo: Cords are cut by calling upon Archangel Michael to cut through them with his sword – or you can call on a blue light if you prefer. This is the energy that helps you to clear the chakras by cutting the cords from ex-business partners, ex-teacher, ex-lovers. Of course we are living in a period, I wouldn’t say of adversity, but a period of transformation. The most important thing at this time is to go inside yourself and ask the angels to help you cut the cords that bind you to past issues.
Charly Leetham: What is “Transparency”, how does this relate to a business person, and what should they be doing / actioning when working with transparency issues?
Gaetano Vivo: Transparency means to be honest with one another. In business, people tend to hide things from one another so it could be difficult for business people as they will have to be with themselves more and look at being more open with the people they are doing business with. Being integral in the way they work, using their integrity and being frank. Transparency is helping us and this is the action to be taken – be communicative rather than hiding from one another. I’m actually a strong believer in talking, touching, communicating. People have forgotten about touching – shaking hands rather than introducing yourself over the computer.
