Backing Up your WordPress Database regularly, is a start to ensuring that you can restore site should disaster ensue!!

It’s always a good idea to ensure all the images and files (e.g pdf’s, audios, videos) that are uploaded to your website are also backed up.  This includes your WordPress Theme to ensure that you capture any customizations and changes are captured as well.

Backup Buddy is a plugin created by iThemes that makes full backups (and automating those backups) incredibly easy.

The video below demonstrates how to use Backup Buddy to backup your wordpress website.
