A business coach can definitely aid in your business success – and one of the main reasons is because they bring a ‘fresh set’ of eyes to a situation and they don’t have an emotional attachment.

In todays audio, Margaret from Bedtime and Toilet Training Solutions asks about how you chose your coach, what type of questions to ask and the decision making process. Margaret raised the very important fact that you MUST have an affinity with your coach – if you don’t get on with them, or you don’t connect with them, the coaching process will not be pleasant or successful.

Lenore provided the following insights:

  • Many coaches provide a short free coaching appointment – as a ‘getting to know you’ session, to determine if the parties ‘connect’ and for the coach to be able to demonstrate the value they deliver
  • The free appointment really should demonstrate value – at the end of the appointment, Lenore likes to ensure that her ‘client’ can take action from the call… even if they don’t take Lenore on as a client.
