How to load YouTube videos onto a web page and into an email – newsletter style.

Charly, wondering is there a nice easy way to upload a video from utube into a website page, I am using dreamweaver at the moment.
And is there an easy way to upload a video to an email, that I would be sending out to my list.
And thirdly to an email that I would be sending out via one shopping cart.
