Charly and her team at Ask Charly Leetham recently created a brand new website for me to replace my outdated old one. I have to say I am more than thrilled with the end result.

Charly actually talked me out of getting a website..... that is not quite what it seems. I had this vision of what I wanted to do and a lot of other web designers just quoted me on what I wanted.

Charly took the time to go through that vision with me and ask some very pertinant questions and instead of just talking me into something I may not have been fully prepared for she actually made me realise that if I was unsure about a lot of those answers then I probably wasn't ready for that next big expense and commitment.

You’ve been fantastic. Helping me with my blog, making it effective, connecting with social networking, Amazon, so I can refer people straight in to help. All great.

And also for being prepared to do the nasty little bits that need doing, technical details that most ‘website cowboys’ don’t want to touch. They all just want to start sites from the beginning and do the big think, and the big makeover … but a lot of what works on a great website is detailed and I expect time consuming and tricky. Like organising the database and back end, exit grabbers… all that cool stuff. You’ve helped me with all that, and trained me up too!

I want to take this time to publicly thank Charly for all her hard work to make this theme work for me! When I first chose this theme, Charly wasn’t sure it would work but being the brave one that she is, she said, let me play with it and see what I can do.
