Hi, I’m Charly Leetham – welcome to my site.

I have more than 20 years experience in the IT industry ranging from ‘hands on’ technical to high level business management.  I have actually installed and configured computing equipment and personally managed business contracts in excess of $26 million dollars.

For the past 10 years, I have operated my own businesses, customizing blogs and handling technical projects for many clients.  My unique experience, coupled with my natural ability to educate, offers an exceptional ability to assist clients in services ranging from web development and design to full service business coaching.

My Services

My services are designed to help solopreneurs and small business get their business and online presence in order.   I have many aspects of my business, including small business coaching.

I approach web services work from a wholistic point of view. As I have a strong business background as well as technical background, my aim is to help people map their online presence to their business processes.  Ensure that the website is an enabler and supporting the business rather than determining the direction of the business.

New Business Online

This is for the StartUp Entrepreneur who is only really just developing their vision.

This package takes into consideration that that many businesses only want a ‘profiling page’, contact page and to start generating awareness of their business in the market place.  This client may have one or 2 products to sell, and don’t have a big budget.

We will setup a wordpress blog, with a free generic theme, and organize it so that the site is Search Engine Optimized to be indexed as quickly as possible.  This involves a lot of back end configuration, that once setup the site owner really doesn’t have to do anything with.

We also work with the client to leverage their site with the social networks like, Twitter, Facebook, Linked In and Plurk – depending on where the client is at – to assist with traffic generation.

Many businesses at this level really don’t even have a feel for their branding and want to ‘test the waters’ so to speak.

Evolving Business

This client has been active for a while, is generating traffic to their site and now has a clear vision on what their business is and how they wish to be ‘seen’ in the market.  It is now time to start ‘branding’ and differentiating.

This would also be an existing offline business who want to bring their services online – they have something to sell, they have their branding but they need to translate that to the online medium.

You may already have an existing site that you want to change the look and feel of.  If this is the case,  you may even have the graphics designed or you may have more of a ‘vision’ of what you want your graphics to look like.

• You may have a static site, with a generic blog either ‘attached’ or on one of the free services.
• You most likely want the freedom to be able to add or remove content from your static site, without having to wait for your webmaster or tech to do it for you
• You may already have a blog as your main site, but feel you need to ‘take it to the next level’

In these cases, you we will work with you to develop your online ‘look and feel’ before moving forward. This includes the way you want your visitors to flow through your site, your objectives for your visitors:

• Do you want them to sign up,
• Buy something,
• Become a member…

defining these objectives will then define what elements appear where on the page (Site Navigation, Sidebar elements, Sign up boxes etc).

The graphical concept  or graphic design of the site is included in this service as well.

Logo Development

Logos are very important to the branding and overall ‘look and feel’ for your company.

We will work with you to develop a logo that is congruent with the graphic design of your site… or we will design a logo that determines the graphic design of your site.

Some of our clients have wanted a logo developed first and then we have developed the graphic concept for their site.  Either way works as effectively as the other…

Online Newsletter Template

To ensure that your branding is maintained, we will develop an online newsletter template for you.

The newsletter look and feel will maintain the site look and feel, whilst allowing you to add your content.

The template will be integrated into your autoresponder service so that your broadcast and followup emails maintain your branding.

Training

Many of our customers are delighted by the fact that they are able to maintain their content themselves but often find that they require additional assistance in the early stages.

We offer a range of training services to assist our clients in overcoming these challenges.

1. Video Training Package – Generic WordPress Based Sites
We have developed a series of Videos, to be played on your PC or MAC, that will walk you through how to add content, modify content, add and remove links, modifying sidebar content, moderate comments and other vital activities to ensure that you are able to use your new site.

Most of these videos are 15 to 30 minutes long, so you won’t be overwhelmed by the information provided and you will be able to watch them as you do each step yourself.

The videos are based on a generic wordpress site and not customized to your specific implementation

2. Video Training Package – Customized to your specific implemenation
Once we have created and updated your site, we will create a series of videos showing you how to use your site.

This series of Videos, to be played on your PC or MAC, that will walk you through how to add content, modify content, add and remove links, moderate comments and other vital activities to ensure that you are able to use your new site. They will be specific to your implementation, giving you a greater depth of knowledge of your site.

Coaching

A number of our clients have said that it is easier having someone ‘walk them through’ a process, rather than watching a video or reading a manual.

We have a range of coaching packages for my clients:

1. Group Coaching

Become part of a group of up to 6 others, who are at approximately the same level as you.

We will lead this group through the steps and challenges that you are experiencing.

If you are experiencing a particular challenge, depending on the level of requests for that session – we will address your challenge.
Group coaching sessions are monthly, for 1 hour.

Prior to being assigned to a group coaching session, your will receive a 30 minute 1 on 1 consultation with Charly.

These coaching sessions will be logically structured to ‘walk you through’ the steps needed to develop a successful online business and will cover everything from using your site, traffic generation strategies, statistics analysis….

2. One on One Coaching
Charly will provide you with one on one coaching and address your queries, challenges and needs as we go.
